Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Member in good standing of Local 68.
• EPA Universal CFC certification.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• New Jersey Blue Seal Refrigeration License or equivalent
• New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operator License
• 3+ years of HVAC/electrical/plumbing/building maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs; self-perform where applicable.
• Conduct routine rounds, testing, and performance analysis.
• Follow MOPs, SOPs, and procedures for critical equipment.
• Monitor alarms and respond to emergencies; coordinate with vendors.
