Job summary

Responsibilities

• Actively support teamwork, performance excellence, and client satisfaction through hands-on maintenance and facilities coordination.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders, and ensure KPI compliance and timely service.
• Provide repairs for lighting, HVAC, plumbing, office systems, and general interior maintenance; coordinate with engineering and vendors.
