Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Engineer to support mission-critical environments in Moonachie and Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to ensure 100% uptime.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields and necessary certifications like Local 68. The position requires availability for after-hours work and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building infrastructure systems independently.
• Member in good standing of Local 68 with necessary certifications.
• Proficient in reading HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine analysis and follow procedures for critical equipment.
• Oversee vendors and contractors carrying out maintenance.
