Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements and other lending documents; strong credit evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of credit policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains a team of Credit Officers supporting underwriting activities.
• Manages deal flow and ensures timely responses per the bank’s service levels.
• Prepares credit memos and obtains approvals for loan products and services.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains relationships with Relationship Managers and Regional leadership.
