This hands-on partner to the Head of Credit Solutions will drive portfolio risk management, governance evolution, and transformation initiatives, translating complex credit and risk frameworks into clear recommendations for executives and boards.

You’ll lead division priorities, organize leadership cadences, prepare board materials, and enable cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years in business operations, strategic planning, program/project management, or executive communications.
• Experience synthesizing data and stakeholder input into a unified narrative.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of division priorities, annual plans, and mid-year reviews.
• Organize leadership cadences, executive meetings, and strategy offsites.
• Prepare board-level materials and internal/external communications.
• Translate complex content into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Support financial and headcount planning, and budget tracking with Finance and HR.
• Maintain organized repositories of strategy decks and documents.
