Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of credit underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and coaching experience in underwriting or credit management.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and coach Credit Solutions colleagues at various levels.
• Credit Management: Oversee analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management for assigned region/line.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze portfolio performance and risk metrics.
• Risk Management: Ensure high credit quality and adherence to risk appetite and regs.
• Business Growth: Drive growth through market analysis and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and support org priorities.
