Job summary

Citizens Business Bank in Ontario, CA seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to support the Credit Management Division with loan and data analytics, risk assessment and stress testing, credit workflows and processes, and COSO/SOX controls implementation.

This role maintains the loan accounting system, produces reports, and collaborates closely with the Bank’s Credit Risk Officer(s) to improve processes and drive compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to perform analyses and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Extract data from Power BI, Business Analytics and other sources; summarize large datasets.
• Develop and maintain loan-portfolio models and document changes.
• Support regulatory examinations and internal audits.
• Educate team on data usage, metadata and standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports and reduce redundancy.
• Collaborate with Credit and IT during new program implementations.
