Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a seasoned Credit and Audit Review Analyst IV in Leawood, KS, to assess credit risk and the overall loan portfolio quality through file examinations, stress testing, and timely reporting to the Director of Loan Review.

You will lead reviews, develop training materials, mentor junior analysts, and present management summaries in quarterly meetings, with opportunities to influence risk processes and framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 10+ years of commercial loan review and/or credit analysis experience including training/supervising junior.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan file and portfolio examinations to identify credit risks.
• Prepare and present management summaries and reports for Loan Review.
• Train and mentor junior Credit/Audit Review Analysts.
• Support 3rd party review consultants and coordinate reviews.
• Conduct quality control on third-party reviews and provide feedback.
