Job summary

Busey Bank in Illinois seeks an experienced Credit and Audit Review Analyst IV to assess credit risks and the loan portfolio quality through file reviews, stress testing, and timely reporting to the Director of Loan Review.

You will support 3rd party reviewers, prepare monthly/quarterly loan reports, participate in risk grade changes, and mentor junior analysts while driving process improvements in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

Basic accounting and financial statement understanding required.
Credit fundamentals including loan structures and credit analytics ratios.
General loan and collateral documentation knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support 3rd party review consultants, project setup and material requests.
Prepare monthly/quarterly loan reports to supplement testing.
Participate in risk grade change meetings with Lending and Credit Administration.
Develop training programs and mentor junior Credit/Audit Review Analysts.
