Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required.
• 10+ years of commercial loan review and/or credit analysis experience including training/supervising junior staff.
• Experience with loan review processes, risk reporting, and portfolio examinations.

Responsibilities

• Support 3rd party review consultants and manage project setup.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly loan reports to supplement testing and analytics.
• Participate in risk grade change meetings with Commercial Lending and Credit Administration.
• Develop training programs and mentor Credit/Audit Review Analysts.
• Perform quality control reviews and project management tasks.
