Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Credit and Audit Review Analyst IV to assess credit risks and the overall loan portfolio quality through file reviews, stress testing, and timely reporting to the Director of Loan Review.

You will support 3rd party reviews, prepare loan reports, and collaborate with Commercial Lending and Credit Administration while mentoring junior analysts and improving processes. Base pay reflects experience and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 10+ years of commercial loan review and/or credit analysis experience including training/supervising junior.
• Strong understanding of credit analytics and loan structures.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support 3rd party review consultants and coordinate access and training.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly loan reports to support testing.
• Participate in risk grade change meetings with Commercial Lending.
• Collaborate with committees and project groups as needed.
• Develop training programs and mentor analysts.
• Provide process improvement recommendations.
• Perform 1st level QC for 3rd party reviews.
• Lead project management tasks including sample selection and monitoring.
• Present management summaries for Loan Review.
• Attend quarterly management meetings.
• Perform due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Loan Review System administration.
