The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics and extensive experience in commercial loan review and credit analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics is required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.
• Experience evaluating loan structures and related ratios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk‑focused loan file and portfolio examinations.
• Support loan review consultants with data access and QA of financials.
• Prepare loan reports and assist in testing and analytics.
• Lead or participate in risk grade change meetings with Lending and Credit Administration.
• Develop training materials and mentor junior analysts.
• Present management summary reports and participate in quarterly meetings.
• Assist in due diligence reviews for acquisitions.
