Responsibilities

• Underwrites and structures new transactions and renewals for existing clients.
• Participates in external client meetings and internal deal discussions; identifies and mitigates risk.
• Prepares underwriting packages and presents credit requests for approval.
• Monitors portfolios with reporting and ensures covenant compliance.
• Communicates with clients and coordinates site visits as needed.
• Validates financial statements and collateral reports to verify compliance.
• Ensures proper risk rating and monitoring of credits.
• Prepares quarterly and portfolio management analyses.
• Participates in special portfolio projects.
