Valley Bank seeks a Senior Credit Risk Manager to oversee underwriting for complex credit transactions and manage end-to-end credit processes. You will structure deals, lead client and internal discussions, and ensure compliance with policy and risk appetite.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit packages, mentoring juniors, and delivering timely underwriting with robust risk analysis across a diversified loan portfolio.

Formación

• Strong understanding of policies and procedures, underwriting guidelines and RACs.
• Advanced knowledge of credit underwriting, financial accounting and loan documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of how a deal should be structured and comfort presenting this to lenders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ongoing financial health of an assigned loan portfolio and update stakeholders.
• Underwrite and structure new transactions as well as renewals and amendments.
• Lead external client meetings and internal deal discussions with senior management; assess risks and advise on loan structures.
• Review credit packages and mentor junior team members.
• Perform due diligence and present underwriting packages for credit authority.
