Develop forward-looking risk assessments, negotiate credit terms, review ISDAs and credit agreements, and present quarterly portfolio snapshots to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of commercial or investment banking lending experience with credit analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, corporate finance knowledge, and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with credit agreement documentation and ISDA/CSA knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership experience.

• Identify risk factors across clients and markets to develop forward-looking risk assessments.
• Lead client due diligence, using financial models to assess risk and credit structures.
• Prepare credit materials and negotiate terms aligned with credit approval.
• Review legal documents, including credit agreements and ISDAs.
