Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced coursework in finance, accounting, and credit
• 5+ years as a relationship manager, Credit Officer, or similar role requiring commercial credit judgment
• Demonstrated ability to form objective credit views grounded in rigorous analysis
• Strong knowledge of credit philosophy, underwriting best practices, and loan documentation

Responsabilités

• Analyze and decide credit requests for new and existing extensions
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative credit analyses
• Structure transactions by reviewing terms and negotiating conditions
• Conduct due diligence and identify key risks across Business Banking client relationships
• Gather business requirements and write clear business and technical stories for management
• Assess market conditions, financial metrics, and regulatory factors to inform decisions
• Manage and analyze large datasets related to credit exposures and portfolio trends
• Escalate emerging credit risks to relevant stakeholders
• Develop portfolio deep dives and deliver presentations for senior Risk forums
• Provide guidance on credit product structure and terms to balance growth with risk standards
