Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in commercial banking/lending with credit analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure new transactions and manage assigned credit portfolio.
• Lead complex bilateral and syndicated finance transactions including negotiations.
• Maintain credit reporting metrics and assess risks with mitigants.
• Develop client relationships and act as credit policy expert.
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to projects.
