Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Lead Credit Officer in Asset Based Lending to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, lead risk assessment and credit structuring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in risk management and compliance.

You will manage client relationships, perform due diligence, and monitor collateral trends while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, and portfolio management with Asset Based Lending financing knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of ABL clients, monitor financial performance trends and covenant compliance.
• Perform due diligence for loans, derivatives, leases, and cash management.
• Lead credit structuring and negotiations; support amendments and waivers.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Communicate with Senior Management and respond to regulatory requests.
