Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Lead Credit Officer, Vice President in Asset Based Lending Credit Risk to join Risk Management and Compliance. You will be central to governance, supporting responsible growth while anticipating risks and solving real-world challenges.

As part of the ABL team, you will manage client portfolios, perform credit due diligence, lead structuring, and collaborate with Bankers, Debt Markets, Treasury, and Loan Operations to drive strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, or portfolio management with ABL financing knowledge.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of ABL clients, monitor financial performance and borrowing base trends, and lead ABL credit relationships with borrowers and stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence for loans, derivatives, leases, cash management including financial due diligence and liquidity modeling.
• Lead ABL credit structuring and negotiate legal documents.
• Partner with Bankers, Corporate Credit, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Services, Leasing, Derivatives and Loan Operations.
