JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Credit Officer in Asset Based Lending Credit Risk in New York to strengthen our risk governance framework. You will manage portfolios, lead credit structuring, and negotiate agreements while coordinating with internal stakeholders and senior management.

The role emphasizes due diligence, risk assessment, and relationship management, with an eye toward maintaining disciplined credit practices and resilient client financing solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, portfolio management and underwriting with Asset Based Lending financing knowledge.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of ABL clients, monitor financial performance trends, borrowing base trends, covenant compliance and lead credit relationship with client and internal stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence for loans, derivatives, leases, and cash management including financial due diligence, financial modeling, field exams, appraisal, and legal diligence.
• Assign and assess internal ratings, risk assessment and risk mitigation; recommend changes in structure or account management strategy.
• Interpret collateral appraisals and field exams; monitor collateral trends and liquidity, establish reserves and actions.
• Lead ABL credit structuring and legal document negotiations, and amendments/waivers.
• Coordinate with Banking Teams and various specialized units; support risk governance and regulatory requests.
