Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business, finance, or a related field; equivalent specialized education in credit analysis may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressive banking experience in commercial credit analysis, C&I lending, CRE, or construction lending.
• Significant knowledge and experience performing detailed analysis of business financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, tax returns.

• Spread and analyze financial statements; provide detailed reports on borrower’s financial condition.
• Review covenant compliance and assess collateral and guarantor position.
• Assess creditworthiness within the proposed structure and ensure adherence to loan policy and risk goals.
• Propose structure-related recommendations to mitigate risks; discuss with lenders to communicate recommendations.
• Review key loan documentation and test covenants; maintain related trackers.
• Perform periodic loan reviews for CRE, commercial, and construction loans.
• Provide technical guidance to other analysts and assist with credit-related systems and reporting tools.
• Participate in customer meetings as requested and prepare periodic loan portfolio reports.
