Cambridge Savings Bank seeks a Senior Credit Officer to prepare credit analysis documents for senior management and the Board, clearly identifying risks, metrics, and policy requirements. You will underwrite complex C&I and CRE loans with minimal supervision and support junior staff as needed.

The role involves collaborating with lending officers on underwriting packages, attending client calls, and upholding the bank's credit policies while fostering strong internal and external relationships

Formación

• 4-year college degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• 5+ years' work experience in banking or financial services.
• 5+ years direct credit analysis experience in C&I and CRE.
• Extensive experience with preparing and editing credit analyses and other credit documents.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in financial accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare credit analysis documents for senior management and the Board identifying risks, metrics and policy requirements.
• Partner with lending officers and portfolio managers to review and interpret financial statements, appraisals and other documents.
• Prepare detailed loan underwriting packages for commercial loan approvals and reviews.
• Coaching and mentoring support to junior credit analysts.
• Attend client calls with lending officers when appropriate.
• Maintain professional relationships with CSB employees and customers.
• Perform additional duties as required.
