Dedham Savings is seeking a Credit Portfolio Manager II to manage a significant commercial lending portfolio, deliver advanced credit analysis, and lead portfolio administration activities including annual reviews, covenant testing, and reporting. The role collaborates with Credit leadership, Relationship Managers, and auditors to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent credit experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of directly related credit/commercial lending experience.
• Experience analyzing significant or complex commercial lending relationships.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, and annual reviews.
• Experience with loan origination, portfolio monitoring, or banking systems.

Aufgaben

• Complete and review credit analysis for new money, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews.
• Lead portfolio administration including annual reviews and covenant testing.
• Monitor borrower reporting requirements and covenant compliance.
• Support risk ratings, stress testing, and portfolio risk assessments.
• Identify emerging credit concerns and support risk mitigation actions.
• Oversee collateral evaluation and credit system implementations.
• Communicate with audit, loan review, and compliance teams.
• Interact with clients to obtain financial information as needed.
