Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Credit Analyst III for specialty lending with 5–7 years’ experience in asset-based and non-traditional lending. You will underwrite complex transactions, assess non-standard collateral, and prepare risk analyses for senior leadership.

You will mentor junior analysts and stay ahead of market and regulatory changes while communicating insights to loan committees. Remote role, eligible in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience in specialty, structured, asset-based or non-traditional lending preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, credit judgment and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with collateral analysis and complex loan structures is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors including litigation finance and fund finance.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral, borrowing bases, and repayment sources.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market, regulatory developments and maintain risk management standards.
