Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst responsible for approving extensions of credit and providing recommendations to lending decision makers. You will conduct comprehensive credit analyses on existing and prospective customers to maximize credit quality and minimize risk.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with five+ years in credit analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with financial software. An advanced degree or CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve extensions of credit and provide recommendations to lending decision makers.
• Conduct complete credit analyses on existing and prospective customers.
