Job summary

Stillman Bank Corp NA is seeking a senior Credit Analyst III to independently underwrite complex commercial credit relationships with minimal supervision. You will evaluate repayment capacity, develop credit structures, and monitor material credit risks, including CRE and agricultural credits.

The role serves as a technical resource, mentors junior analysts, and escalates significant issues to the Credit Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years in commercial credit analysis or underwriting.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, tax returns, and loan documentation concepts.
Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling, projections, stress testing, collateral evaluation, risk ratings, and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

Lead complex underwriting requests, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews from information gathering through presentation.
Analyze complex financial statements, tax returns, and ownership structures.
Evaluate primary and secondary repayment sources, including business, personal, and global cash flow.
Assess collateral quality, marketability, and coverage, including borrowing bases, receivables, inventory, and equipment.
Develop and present credit recommendations to approvers and committees; explain exceptions and residual risks.
