Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Experience in commercial lending and credit underwriting is required.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex commercial credit relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda for new requests and renewals.
• Perform advanced financial analysis including cash flow, trend, and stress testing.
• Identify credit risks and support with mitigation factors and assumptions.
• Recommend loan structures, covenants and collateral.
