Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex commercial credit relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda for new requests, renewals, modifications and reviews.
• Perform advanced financial analysis, including cash flow, trend and stress considerations.
• Identify risks and document assumptions and conclusions clearly.
• Support senior credit officers and relationship managers on complex transactions.
