This senior position offers hybrid/in-office work across IL offices including Rochelle and Roscoe, with authority nuances and escalation to Credit Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial credit analysis or underwriting experience.
• Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling, projections, stress testing, and loan structuring.
• Experience mentoring analysts and coordinating complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex underwriting requests, renewals, and annual reviews from information gathering through presentation.
• Analyze complex financial statements, tax returns, and ownership structures; validate adjustments.
• Evaluate primary and secondary repayment sources and assess guarantor liquidity.
• Assess collateral quality and pricing, including appraisals and environmental reports.
• Develop and present credit recommendations to approvers and committees; monitor risk.
