Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Credit Analyst III to perform detailed research and complex commercial credit analysis. You will assist Commercial Loan Officers with substantial autonomy, preparing loan analyses and facilitating underwriting for large deals.

The role requires strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts and active participation in client discussions and loan reviews.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of credit analysis or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; minor in business acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex credits with minimal supervision.
• Investigate credit and financial information from all sources.
• Prepare summaries and opinions on credit-worthiness for loan approvals.
• Mentor junior Credit Analysts and provide guidance on underwriting.
• Attend calls with Relationship Managers to support underwriting.
• Analyze accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and covenants.
• Lead discussions on creditworthiness with management and lenders.
