Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent in work experience.
• Familiarity with corporate credit products and processes used to analyze financial data.
• General understanding of bank operations and the commercial lending process.
• Experience as Credit Analyst II or equivalent preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Credit Analysis, Loan Review or similar background preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and communicate information clearly with executives and partners.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents; perform calculations and research to support decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide credit analysis support for commercial and corporate lending relationships.
• Spread financial statements into bank software or templates; create and update loan requests.
• Analyze financial statements and support underwriting; monitor covenants and industry research.
• Mentor and guide Client Specialists and other Credit Analysts on lending guidelines and underwriting standards.
• Participate in transaction structuring and relationship strategy meetings with management and credit partners.
• Prepare complex credit approval documentation with accurate loan terms and inputs.
• Monitor portfolios with PMs to track covenants and company performance against expectations.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and independence while meeting deadlines.
