Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent.
• Experience as Credit Analyst II or similar role preferred.
• 2–5 years in Financial Services, Banking, Credit Analysis or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and partners with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide credit analysis support for commercial and corporate lending.
• Spread financial statements and update loan requests in loan production systems.
• Underwriting support and covenant monitoring; industry research for lending prospects/clients.
• Interpret financial statements for underwriting complex C&I and CRE loans.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and client specialists on lending guidelines.
