Job summary
Mountain West Bank in downtown Boise seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to support commercial underwriting and portfolio management. You will analyze complex financial data, prepare authorizations, conduct reviews, evaluate collateral, and coach team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of credit analyst experience in banking.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Spread and analyze complex borrower financial statements, tax returns, and related financial information.
- Perform advanced ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis.
- Assist in evaluating borrower repayment capacity, guarantor strength, and collateral adequacy.
- Support preparation of credit memorandums, loan presentations, and approval packages.
- Assist with annual credit reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant credit files.
