Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Influential’s Creator Strategy & Partnerships team of ~13 professionals, establishing priorities, responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Own talent sourcing, strategy, recommendations, and partnerships across pre-sale and post-sale client engagements.
• Oversee development of strategic proxy lists and talent recommendations during the pre-sale process, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Serve as the senior talent lead in high-stakes pitches and client presentations, articulating talent methodology and market expertise.
• Lead the post-sale talent recommendation function, developing and presenting creator recommendations to clients.
• Partner with strategy, sales, account, creative, media, and campaign teams to integrate talent strategy across the client lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations for high-profile opportunities, advising on pricing, usage, exclusivity, and delivery.
• Provide senior leadership on talent pricing and negotiation strategy balancing client objectives and company economics.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, managers, and partners.
• Oversee talent agency partner strategy and maintain preferred access and consistent workflows.
