#paid is transforming how brands and creators collaborate. This Senior Creator Acquisition Partner role sits at the center of building a real acquisition function, sourcing and onboarding creators for live rosters on our largest accounts, and driving fast, high‑quality outcomes.

You’ll partner with the Senior Manager to execute outreach, manage a robust pipeline, and ensure roster timelines align with client expectations in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth at a marketplace
• You've personally sourced and closed creators or talent — this isn’t a role where you manage someone else's outreach
• You've worked directly with talent agencies
• You know the creator landscape and platform shifts, and keep up with emerging formats
• Salesforce and spreadsheet fluency is required; deeper analytical skill is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for our biggest programs and onboard creators for live rosters on large accounts
• Deliver roster performance metrics: turnaround time, first-round approval rate, on-time delivery
• Source against real campaign requirements (tier, platform, category, geography) and onboard on campaign timelines
• Own agency relationships end to end: scoping, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, ongoing support
• Support Sales and Strategy on RFPs and proactive pitches with creator recommendations
• Resolve platform questions, escalations, payment or process friction quickly and professionally
• Stay ahead of demand by collaborating with Creator Ops and Client Success to surface needs early
