#paid's creator network has grown largely through word of mouth. We are building a real acquisition function to shift from who found us to what our clients buy.

This role sits at the center of that effort, owning the execution: outreach, funnel movement, and roster filling for our largest, most complex accounts. You’ll source and onboard creators for live rosters, collaborating with the Senior Manager on overall strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth at a marketplace.
• Experience sourcing and closing creators or talent personally.
• Direct experience with talent agencies, including negotiating, onboarding rosters, and maintaining relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for largest programs and onboard creators for live rosters.
• Deliver on roster performance and on-time delivery.
• Source against real campaign requirements and match asks to creators.
• Manage agency relationships end-to-end from scoping to onboarding.
• Support sales and strategy with creator recommendations for RFPs and pitches.
• Resolve platform, payment, or process issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Creator Ops and Client Success to anticipate sourcing needs.
