Job summary

#paid is seeking a senior creator acquisition professional to build a real acquisition function, sourcing and onboarding creators for live rosters on our largest campaigns. You will own outreach, roster fulfillment, and end-to-end agency relationships to support complex accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Creator Ops, and Strategy, managing timelines and quality to deliver on roster requirements with speed and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth at a marketplace.
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing creators or talent.
• Experience working with talent agencies and onboarding rosters.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for our biggest programs and onboard creators for live rosters on large accounts.
• Deliver roster performance: turnaround time, first-round approval rate, on-time delivery.
• Source against real campaign requirements: match candidates to asks (tier, platform, geography).
• Own agency relationships end to end: scoping, contracting, onboarding, ongoing support.
• Support Sales and Strategy on RFPs with creator recommendations.
• Resolve platform questions, escalations, or process friction quickly and professionally.
• Stay ahead of demand by coordinating with Creator Ops and Client Success.
