Job summary

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships, to own the client experience across RSV creators. You will drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Some travel may be required.

As the primary relationship owner, you will translate creator goals into actionable plans, surface platform guidance, and socialize recommendations to partners and teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships or digital media.
• Proven ability to manage high-touch creator relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems and growth levers.
• Comfort with performance data and analytics; communicate takeaways clearly.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams from plan to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of creators.
• Function as the day-to-day liaison between creators and RSV’s internal teams.
• Identify and develop new monetization opportunities and bring to market.
• Brainstorm content ideas for original podcasts with cross-portfolio knowledge.
• Gather creator goals and feedback; translate into actionable steps.
• Socialize RSV recommendations and drive adoption with structured plans.
• Coordinate execution across growth, production, operations, marketing, sales.
• Run partner business reviews and track progress against KPIs.
