Job summary

Relay Acquisition LLC is seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Leader to own the full paid media engine. You will launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search, and YouTube, owning CPL, lead quality, and ROI to drive the pipeline.

You will build the department from scratch, design the stack, and collaborate with sales. This remote, full-time role offers equity participation and a high degree of autonomy for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing $50K+/month in B2B paid media across Meta and Google Search.
• At least 2 years in a paid acquisition leadership or senior strategist role.
• Proven track record in high-ticket lead generation or local contractor campaigns.
• Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, pipeline conversion rates, and ROI metrics.
• Experience with CRM conversion tracking and full-funnel attribution architecture.
• Proficient at leveraging AI tools for creative ideation, copywriting, audience research, and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage $30K-$100K+/month in paid media across Meta, Google Search, and YouTube.
• Write, test, and iterate ad copy, creative, and landing pages for roofing, HVAC, and tutoring niches.
• Optimize campaigns toward target CPL, lead quality, and downstream booking rate.
• Build and manage full-funnel attribution from ad click to booked appointment to closed deal.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead quality feedback and ICP refinement.
• Report weekly on spend, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI by channel and campaign.
• Leverage AI tools for creative generation, audience research, copy iteration, and performance analysis.
