Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Senior Creative Video Strategist to write, direct, and produce direct response video ads across FB/IG, YouTube, TikTok and more for pet health, food, and beauty brands.

You will lead the creative process from ideation to testing, mentor a Junior Story Producer, and partner with the Media Buying team to optimize performance. Remote role for USA-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative execution of short-form and long-form marketing videos from ideation to testing and optimization.
• Conceptualize angles, write scripts, oversee on-set execution, and supervise editors for final edits and deliveries.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with brand experts and customers for testimonials.
• Collaborate with videographers to gather assets and direct shoots for B-roll.
• Analyze performance data to inform incremental video optimizations.
• Own storytelling contributions for one or more brands/offers.
• Mentor a Junior Story Producer and improve their output.
• Coordinate communications between storytellers and stakeholders on testing pipelines.
• Report brand/offers performance to Creative Directors.
