Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Senior Creative Video Strategist (Paid Ads) to write, direct, and produce direct response video content for major social platforms. You will own the creative process from ideation to delivery, guiding on-set production and editors while leveraging data-driven optimizations.

The role requires storytelling excellence, strong copywriting, and leadership to mentor a Junior Story Producer.

Responsibilities

• Write, direct, and produce direct response video ads for Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
• Oversee creative execution of short-form and long-form videos from ideation to testing and optimization.
• Conceptualize angles, write scripts, supervise editors on final edits.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with brand experts and customers.
• Collaborate with videographers to gather assets and direct shoots.
• Analyze performance data and create incremental video optimizations.
• Mentor Junior Story Producer and improve output.
• Communicate testing pipeline and prioritization to stakeholders.
• Report brand/offers performance to senior leadership.
