Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Creative Video Strategist to concept, script, and direct paid social video ads across our dog and cat food brands. This hybrid role involves collaboration with production, post-production, and marketing teams to test and optimize performance creative.

You will drive fresh ad angles, craft direct-response scripts, and guide on-set direction and post-production feedback. Strong data-driven, AI-enabled creativity is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience bringing scripts to life through Video and Film/Visual Storytelling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with direct-response creative and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Concept, script, and direct high-performing paid social video ads for dog and cat food brands.
• Lead on-set creative with production teams and directing talent.
• Oversee post-production with editors and provide actionable feedback.
• Use performance data to identify winning angles and iterate on concepts.
• Maintain a pipeline of new creative and leverage AI tools for ideation and scripting.
