Qualifications

• 3–5+ years bringing scripts to life through video and visual storytelling.
• Completed internships, freelance work, or personal projects can count.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and digital advertising.
• Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting for video.
• Strong instincts to develop fresh ad angles and concepts.
• Experience leading on-set creative direction and directing talent.
• Solid understanding of framing, performance, pacing, and camera placement.
• Experience collaborating with editors and providing actionable feedback.
