Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a seasoned creative lead to concept, script, and direct high-performing paid social video ads across dog and cat food brands. You’ll collaborate with production and marketing teams to develop, test, and optimize performance creative that drives customer acquisition.

You will own the creative process from ideation through post-production, leveraging AI tools and performance data to iterate on winning concepts while guiding talent on set and ensuring the final ad

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in video/creative storytelling for ads.
Experience with direct-response creative and digital advertising.
Strong on-set leadership and directing talent.

Responsibilities

Concept, script, and direct high-performing paid social video ads.
Develop fresh ad angles and concepts for brand campaigns.
Turn concepts into direct-response scripts with strong hooks and pacing.
Direct on-set shoots with production teams and talent.
Oversee post-production with editors and provide actionable feedback.
Use performance data to optimize creative strategy and test hypotheses.
