Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to lead the performance creative engine across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels. You will translate customer insights and performance data into scalable creative concepts, partnering with editors, producers, and media buyers to test and scale high‑performing work.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of performance creative that won at scale on paid social.
• 5+ years in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance creative with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise with Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other performance channels.
• High fluency in ad performance data and evidence-based decisions.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams, including remote/post‑production.
• Ownership mindset with quick decision making and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for the Hims brand across performance channels.
• Develop hypotheses, concepts, scripts, and production briefs from data and insights.
• Shape authentic, approachable creative that resonates with men’s health.
• Establish high standards for strategy, briefing, and measurable success.
• Lead a multidisciplinary creative pod with editors, producers, and studios.
• Create fast feedback loops with Creative, Growth, and Media Buying.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Legal, and Brand to ensure compliant creativity.
• Lead regular performance reviews and share wins, learnings, and pivots.
• Scale repeatable creative frameworks across products, audiences, and markets.
• Operate within healthcare guardrails in partnership with Legal and Medical teams.
