Job summary

Cantina, Inc. is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist with deep experience in performance marketing and AI-driven creative.

You will lead concept-driven ads at scale, manage external agencies and in-house teams, and drive campaigns that lower CPIs while boosting downloads and engagement. You will direct multi-channel creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and mobile networks, build scalable production pipelines, apply AI tools, and own creative analytics to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative direction for performance marketing.
• Experience building testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale.
• Bias for clear systems and processes.
• Active use of AI tools, automation, and workflows.
• Data fluency: translate insights into creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct scaled creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and mobile ad networks with multi-million dollar ad spend.
• Develop performance creative concepts built on Cantina as a product/platform and user use-cases.
• Build and own processes for producing high-volume, iterative ads leveraging traditional and AI production.
• Define creative strategies and vision for AI-generated ads.
• Own creative performance analytics to track what’s working and iterate on campaigns.
• Set the creative inputs across testing plans to optimize creatives.
• Manage agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output across channels.
• Lead regular creative brainstorms, reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Oversee scalable QA processes maintaining excellence at high volume.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in performance creative.
