You'll develop new concepts with a concrete hypothesis, write briefs in Notion, and manage an iteration pipeline. Expect rapid testing, AI-assisted production, and a strong emphasis on measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze dashboards and scale winning ads.
• Experience using AI tools for research, writing, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Write ad scripts with direct-response fundamentals to convert profitably.
• Develop new concepts with a specific customer hypothesis for testing.
• Write briefs in Notion detailing what to create and why.
• Experiment with ad types (UGC, Story, Native, Static) and scale winners.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of variations to avoid fatigue and sustain conversions.
• Read dashboards daily to understand performance and inform decisions.
• Turn break-even ads into winners by testing fixes and iterations.
• Own performance metrics over output and be data-driven.
• Use AI daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield) for research, writing, and automation.
• Build automations and templates to scale team workflows.
