• 5–7 years of experience in creative strategy/digital marketing at a subscription-based wellness company.
• Proven track record of developing creative concepts, compelling campaigns territories, and performance-focused ideas.
• Ability to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into distinctive creative concepts with a clear point of view.
• Balance quantitative performance signals with qualitative consumer/cultural insights.
• Hands-on experience with Motion; strong understanding of Meta and TikTok.
• Experience managing agencies and internal creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative process from concept through launch for digital marketing.
• Ideate and prioritize concepts rooted in brand and performance.
• Originate performance-focused briefs for campaigns across paid social and digital channels.
