You will own strategy, development, and execution of performance creative across international channels, partnering with editors, designers, category marketers, and creator teams to turn insights into high-converting work. In this role you will build a steady pipeline of high-performing creative, translate performance data into sharper briefs and tests, and lead

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance creative or paid social.
• In-house experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, creator platform, or high-growth startup.
• Track record of taking work from concept to execution as both writer and strategist.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.
• Experience writing copy across hooks, scripts, and end cards for multiple formats.

Responsabilités

• Own briefing and creative direction for key categories to drive conversion and engagement.
• Build a steady pipeline of high-performing creative with a test-and-learn cycle.
• Write and develop direct response TV creative, including scripts and concepts.
• Turn performance data into sharper creative strategy and better briefs.
• Share category lookbacks to help teams understand creative performance.
