Job summary

NVE Experience Agency in Los Angeles and New York City offers a senior associate director role in Creative Resource Management. This hybrid position leads a centralized resourcing team to cast and balance workloads for visual designers, copywriters, 3D artists, art directors, and more, aligning staffing with business goals and human needs.

The role partners with Creative Leadership, Accounts, Strategy, Production, and Finance to translate forecasts into staffing plans, maintaining real-time data

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in creative resourcing or creative operations within experiential/creative agencies.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end creative process across design, branding, and copywriting.
• Proven ability to manage complex staffing dynamics and partner with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with resource management and project management software.
• Strong financial acumen regarding project margins, utilization, and freelance budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Creative department resourcing strategy and translate agency-wide frameworks into execution.
• Serve as primary resourcing partner to Creative leadership and manage portfolios, skills, and delivery realities.
• Escalate staffing challenges, prioritize projects, and cast talent effectively.
• Evaluate briefs and workloads to allocate work to design/creative resources in collaboration with management.
• Develop centralized resourcing practices and optimize systems for efficiency.
• Oversee freelance strategy, onboarding, rates, and timesheet management with finance.
